Tamuraryo
Tamuraryo is a singer-songwriter with roots in both Japan and Connecticut.
Moving between folk and indie rock, he creates deeply personal songs through the quiet resonance of acoustic guitar and a soft, tender voice that carefully captures emotion.
His music carries the delicacy and warmth of artists like Sufjan Stevens and Death Cab for Cutie, leaving a deep emotional afterglow through minimal arrangements.
Marked by both vulnerability and warmth, his sound transforms ordinary moments into intimate musical landscapes that linger in the listener’s heart.
His lead single has surpassed one million streams, and his audience continues to grow steadily in Japan and beyond.
Rather than demanding attention, Tamuraryo’s music gently settles into the listener, revealing its depth over time.

E.scene(JP)
A solo project by Hisana, a member of the Kyoto-based emo rock band nim.
Blending elements of shoegaze, dream pop, and post-rock, the project creates a grand and refined soundscape from which emerge delicate vocals and beautiful melodies. This unique sonic world resonates with international artists such as beabadoobee, Wisp, Snail Mail, and My Bloody Valentine, while maintaining a distinct identity.
In May 2026, appi is scheduled to release its second album Red Comb, as well as embark on a seven-date UK tour, including a performance at the festival in Glastonbury and will open for Miki Berenyi, vocalist of Lush.
